- Recruitment information (trade/skills, work history, qualifications, availability)
- CVs and supporting documents you upload or send to us
- Employer/company information (company name, contact person, role requirements, billing details)
- Communications (emails and messages you send to us)
- Technical information necessary to operate the site securely (for example, server logs and security events)

- To provide recruitment and introduction services (matching candidates to roles)
- To communicate with you about roles, availability, introductions and service enquiries
- To manage our relationship with employers and candidates, including record‑keeping
